ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE SERVICES
The engineers at SEC provide environmental compliance services to a wide range of industries in Ohio and surrounding states. R. Curtis Spence, P.E. has also served as the environmental consultant to the Ohio Ready Mixed Concrete Association since 2000.
Environmental compliance services include the following.

SEC provides a range of environmental compliance services as listed above. Our environmental compliance audits evaluate compliance with U.S. EPA and Ohio EPA requirements for oil storage, storm water, waste water, air emissions, hazardous waste management, community right to know reporting, and other environmental requirements.
We have authored numerous SPCC and SWP3 plans for asphalt, concrete, mining, and other industrial facilities across Ohio and surrounding states and we routinely provide compliance inspections and employee training. We also have prepared numerous construction SWP3s and performed routine storm water compliance inspections for highway construction projects in Ohio.
Our air permitting services include PTIO applications for a wide range of sources including ready mixed concrete plants, painting operations, roadways, aggregate storage piles, diesel generators, and other sources of air emissions.
RCRA services including hazardous waste compliance inspections and RCRA closure plans and closure certifications for former hazardous waste storage facilities.
